The present invention relates to a preparation method of alpha olefin and its catalytic component in the catalyst polymerization. The polymerization catalyst is composed of organic aluminum compounds, electronic components to the catalytic body magnesium containing solid composition, wherein the solid catalytic component is composed of a solid carrier component and a titanium halide containing magnesium compounds. The catalytic reaction composition of the present invention is composed of a solid carrier component and a titanium halide compound in the internal electron donor in the presence or absence of electron donor was obtained.
