A C5aR antibody, preparation method and application thereof are provided. The C5aR antibody includes one or more of heavy chain CDR1, heavy chain CDR2 and heavy chain CDR3 of the C5aR antibody, and one or more of the light chain CDR1, light chain CDR2 and light chain CDR3 in the light chain variable region of the C5aR antibody. The C5aR antibody has a high affinity for human C5aR protein and can prevent the binding of C5aR protein to C5a, thus down or off the corresponding signaling pathway, stopping the C5a directed migration of neutrophils in vitro, and inhibiting the chemotaxis of neutrophils.
