The invention discloses an IL-1ra-Fc epsilon fusion gene belonging to the biological medicine field and the application of the coded protein in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. The present invention is to construct IL-1ra-Fc fusion gene expression vector was prepared according to a certain concentration of suspension, directly drop into the nasal cavity for the treatment of allergic rhinitis; or the purified IL-1ra-Fc epsilon fusion protein to a certain concentration dilution with PBS buffer, drip, treatment of allergic rhinitis. In the present invention, the protein encoded by the IL-1ra-Fc epsilon fusion gene can antagonize the inflammatory action of IL-1 and inhibit the degranulation of mast cells and basophils so as to achieve the purpose of treating allergic rhinitis.
