The present invention provides a method for recombinant plasmid method double fluorescent protein marker and double fluorescent protein molecular marker, the recombinant plasmid provided by the invention comprises an encoding tag protein fragment of A A, the 5 'or 3' end sequence encoding C fusion protein C detected the protein encoding B tag; the fragment of B, the 5 'or 3' end sequence encoding D fusion protein D detection; A C fragment and B D connected by IRES sequence E; and in the upstream fragment of AC promoter; marking method provided by the invention includes the construction of recombinant plasmid and method for dual fluorescent protein molecules labeled cell transfection and fluorescence labeling steps. The recombinant plasmid and marker method provided by the invention, two gene expression in the same carrier of the Communist Party of China, and marked two different proteins in the same cell; moreover, the marking process is simple, fast, than the traditional method of fluorescence labelled antibody greatly saves the marking time.
