浮动式制动闸片分解专机制造技术

本发明专利技术公开了一种高铁闸片分解设备，工件见附图1。设备为四工位(附图2)，第一工位用于放、取工件，第二、三工位为分解工位，第四工位为气动分流阀(13)的安装支架(14)。床身(1)中心是凸轮分割器(3)，分割器上方安装有圆盘(12)，圆盘四边是四套夹具(15)均布。第二工位居于右侧，动力头/多轴器总成(10)安装在组合支架(4和8)上；第三工位居于后侧，动力头/多轴器总成(11)安装在组合支架(7和9)上。第四工位支架(14)居于设备左侧。分解后的摩擦块经短输送带(6)和第三工位的滑槽掉入排屑机(5)排出。分解后的调整器在第一工位经输送带(2)排出。分解后的弹簧卡圈也在第一工位收集。机床上方有外防护(附图3)。
