圆锥滚子轴承广泛应用于汽车、轧机、矿山、冶金等行业。同时圆锥滚子轴承也常应用于轨道客车上,随着轨道客车要求指标的提高,对车辆的舒适度的要求也不断提高,因此,对低摩擦扭矩的圆锥滚子轴承的质量要求越来越高。传统圆锥滚子轴承的摩擦力矩测量方法主要为扭矩传感器测量方法,这种方法存在弊端,用扭矩传感器测量时,要涉及到同轴的问题,当扭矩传感器与被测轴承不同轴时将影响测量结果,传统圆锥滚子轴承的轴向加载方式为电动缸或油缸伺服加载,这两种加载方式均涉到同轴度及轴向摩擦的问题,传统的测量方式,会涉及到陪试轴承,陪试轴承的摩擦力矩也会参与到测量结果中。因此,用原有的测量方法得到的测量结果不能真实反映圆锥滚子轴承摩擦力矩真实值。传统的试样加载采用电动缸或油缸伺服加载,电动缸或油缸均需安装到一固定支座上,固定支座与主机固定,但电动缸或油缸的轴与被试轴承连接件间需加装扭矩传感器,由于任何加工方法及装配方法都无法保证完全同轴,则扭矩传感器会受到额外的力作用,因此,会导致测量结果的不准确,由于加载单元与旋转单元不同轴,被试轴承也会额外受到侧向力,因此,也会影响测量结果。如果测量装置内还含有陪试轴承,则陪试轴承本身的摩擦力矩也会加入到测量结果里。
