本发明专利技术公开了两种甾醇衍生物及其分离提取方法和在防治前列腺增生疾病中的应用。所述两种甾醇衍生物，即如式１和式２所示的化合物２４－亚甲基胆甾醇亚麻酸酯和环桉烯醇亚麻酸酯。本发明专利技术的化合物未见报道，且其具有抑制芳香化酶活性的作用。本发明专利技术还公开了这两种甾醇衍生物在制备抑制芳香化酶活性的制剂、预防或治疗前列腺增生疾病的药物组合物中的应用。

The compounds of the present invention have not been reported and have the function of inhibiting aromatase activity.
