本实用新型专利技术公开了一种发动机排气歧管隔热罩,包括第一隔热罩和第二隔热罩,第一隔热罩和第二隔热罩上均设置有安装孔,第一隔热罩通过安装孔与排气歧管相固定,第二隔热罩通过安装孔与排气歧管相固定,将排气歧管全部包覆起来,通过两个薄板隔热罩的表面对热辐射的反射,有效地起到隔热作用,并在其隔热罩上设置有散热孔,大大的增大了其隔热效果,此结构简单,便于制造。隔热效果好不仅大大缩短了三元催化器的起燃时间,减小了发动机在起动阶段有害物的排放量;而且此隔热罩采用0.8mm-1mm厚的热浸铝钢板,其通过两个薄板结构,减小了隔热罩的面积,减少了应力集中点,以防止在发动机及整车在振动过程中容易出现的开裂现象。(*该技术在2021年保护过期,可自由使用*)
