发动机排气歧管隔热罩制造技术

本实用新型专利技术公开了一种发动机排气歧管隔热罩，包括第一隔热罩和第二隔热罩，第一隔热罩和第二隔热罩上均设置有安装孔，第一隔热罩通过安装孔与排气歧管相固定，第二隔热罩通过安装孔与排气歧管相固定，将排气歧管全部包覆起来，通过两个薄板隔热罩的表面对热辐射的反射，有效地起到隔热作用，并在其隔热罩上设置有散热孔，大大的增大了其隔热效果，此结构简单，便于制造。隔热效果好不仅大大缩短了三元催化器的起燃时间，减小了发动机在起动阶段有害物的排放量；而且此隔热罩采用0.8mm-1mm厚的热浸铝钢板，其通过两个薄板结构，减小了隔热罩的面积，减少了应力集中点，以防止在发动机及整车在振动过程中容易出现的开裂现象。（*该技术在2021年保护过期，可自由使用*）
