本实用新型专利技术公开了一种耐磨型的气门调整螺钉和挺杆组成的摩擦副。调整螺钉球头的前端为一小平台,前端小平台直径2.1mm。球头的圆弧半径为4.5mm;挺杆凹窝的圆弧半径为4.75mm。挺杆凹窝的深度h为5.6mm,在挺杆凹窝的下底中心设有油窝,油窝半径R1为1mm。通过改进球头和凹窝的配合形式,使加工工艺简化,增加了耐磨性。为了验证效果,将本实用新型专利技术与目前使用的调整螺钉和挺杆分别装入发动机中进行1000小时的试验,然后拆检对调整螺钉的球头进行检测。检测数据表明:耐磨型调整螺钉和挺杆的摩擦副,耐磨量明显提高,其磨损量为0.005和0.002。而原调整螺钉和挺杆的磨损量是0.019和0.023。(*该技术在2021年保护过期,可自由使用*)
