The present invention discloses a metal implant and a surface treatment method thereof. The surface of the metal implant has a plurality of micron and micron hole, hole has a nano fiber network, the micron hole aperture ranged from 1 microns to 100 microns, the nano fiber network comprises a plurality of nano holes, and nano pore size ranged from 10 to 1000 nm nano. The method includes: providing a metal implant; a first surface treatment on the surface of metal implants, the surface of the metal implant to form a plurality of micron hole; the surface and on the metal implants of second surface treatment, to form a nano fiber network at the micron level the concave hole, the nano fiber network comprises a plurality of nano holes, and the nano pore size ranged from 10 nm to 1000 nm. The micron scale cavity of the present invention can protect the nanometer fiber network structure and reduce the chance of being destroyed in the implantation operation.
