一种乙酸耐性乙醇生产酿酒酵母菌株,该菌株分类学命名为酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)E5.9,保藏号为:CGMCC No.3618。筛选方法为液体全筛选法,步骤如下:1)菌株诱变:对酿酒酵母出发菌株进行物理、化学或生物诱变;2)液体全筛选:将所有诱变菌株平均转接于24孔板中,首先无选择压力预培养,然后添加选择压力继续培养至多个孔出现正突变体;3)固体平板筛选:稀释正突变培养物,涂布固体选择培养基,挑选优势抗性克隆;4)传代驯化:将优势抗性克隆在选择性液体培养基中传代驯化,筛选遗传稳定的抗逆菌株。
