在键盘生产工艺中,将键盘的输出部表面贴上加强片,并在输出部与本体部的连接处贴上背胶得到半成品,然后需要使用冲床再在半成品上打孔,再将银浆热压,使得银浆融化后通过孔进入电路层,通过银浆通电来控制键盘的使用。现有技术中,冲床包括工作平台,工作平台用支撑座支撑,工作平台的表面上设置有放置模具,放置模具用于放置半成品,放置磨具上设置有两定位圆柱,在半成品本体部两侧边缘上大有定位孔,使用时将半成品放置于放置模具上且定位圆柱穿过定位孔,放置模具正上方设置有打孔机构,安放好半成品后,启动打孔机构对半成品进行打孔,打孔时打孔机构的压紧板首先将半成品压紧在放置模具上。该冲床存在的缺点有以下三个,第一个缺点,在打孔过程中,半成品本体会产生废屑,废屑有可能会进入到银浆内,最终影响电路的通电效果;第二个缺点,冲床上的钻头在与半成品相接触并钻孔过程中,由于钻头表面会与半成品产生摩擦,其会产生热量,该热量又再次融化半成品上的银浆,使得银浆粘黏在钻头上;第三个缺点,在打孔后,银浆会通过孔流入到电路层,但是银浆进入电路层的量不定,有时候流进入的量过多,会与周侧的电路连通,导致后期使用容易造成短路现象。
