处理有机肥料的传统方法是堆放式发酵。堆放式发酵在发酵过程中,需要多次翻抛使其与空气充分接触才能完成发酵,造成发酵周期长、发酵效率低;而且堆放发酵过程中,有机肥料释放出大量刺激性气味、翻抛作业繁琐,均不利于工作人员劳动操作。为了解决上述问题,现有技术中出现了用于集中发酵的发酵罐,将需要发酵的有机肥料装在发酵罐内,通过搅拌装置对罐体内的有机肥料进行搅拌,物料与空气充分接触,同时利用加热装置对罐体内部加热,加快物料发酵速度,提高发酵效率。现有技术中通常采用导热油对罐体内部进行加热,罐体的内壁和外壁围成一整个空腔,空腔内填充有适量的导热油,整个空腔内均匀布置有电加热装置,利用电加热装置对整个空腔内的导热油进行加热。多个电加热装置对整个空腔内的导热油进行加热所需功率比较大,消耗电能较多。
