Recombinant heparanase can be expressed in high level in the medium, and the highest enzyme activity of heparin reaches 20652.63IU / L fermentation broth, which is much higher than that of the normal LB medium. The culture medium greatly reduces the production cost of heparin enzyme, and has extremely significant economic significance for the application of heparanase, especially for the preparation of low molecular weight heparin by enzyme method.
