MQ硅树脂是化工中的重要原材料。MQ硅树脂生产工艺流程为：MQ硅树脂合成是一个烷氧基硅烷在酸催化下的水解反应，在一定温度和时间反应完成后，加碱中和，生成盐，盐分经压滤去除。（1）搅拌：依次往搪瓷反应釜中投入聚正硅酸乙酯-40，六甲基二硅氧烷、去离子水、甲苯，开启反应釜搅拌。（2）水解：启动冷冻系统，将物料温度控制在0-10℃，向反应釜中加入浓硫酸，并保持物料温度在0-10℃，水解反应3小时。（3）加热回流：用蒸汽将反应釜逐渐加热到78-80℃（乙醇的沸点），保温回流反应3小时，以稳定树脂结构。（4）中和；（6）压滤。

Process for producing WT-MQ silicone resin
