The present invention discloses a kit for detecting genetic risk of breast cancer. The kit includes the detection of estrogen receptor alpha gene (ER alpha), catechol-O-methyltransferase gene (COMT), glutathione S-transferase P1 gene (GSTP1), human breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1), human breast cancer susceptibility gene 2 (BRCA2) specific primers on the single nucleotide polymorphism genotype and specific fluorescent probes, fluorescence quantitative PCR and other conventional components. The present kit evaluates individual breast cancer genetic risk by simultaneously detecting genotypes of polymorphic loci closely associated with genetic risk of breast cancer.
