The invention discloses a kit for detecting the genetic risk of liver cancer. The kit includes detection of cytochrome P450 1A1 gene (CYP1A1), microsomal epoxide hydrolase gene (EPHX1), glutathione S-transferase M1 gene (GSTM1) and glutathione S-transferase T1 gene (GSTT1) specific primers of single nucleotide polymorphism genotype and the specific fluorescent probes and fluorescent quantitative PCR routine component, PCR reaction component. The present kit evaluates individual genetic risk of HCC by simultaneously detecting genotypes of polymorphic loci closely associated with genetic risk of hcc.
