在冷轧钢带酸洗-轧制-连续退火装备中,连退机组是冷轧后热处理线中最重要的成材机组。连退机组清洗段是连退机组中关键的生产工序,该工序置于连退炉之前。在清洗段,带钢从1#张力辊送入,经过浸泡洗、1#刷洗、电解清洗、2#刷洗、漂洗、挤干、烘干步骤,再从2#张力辊输出(详见图1),通过物理的和化学的方法清除带钢表面的铁屑、乳化液和油泥等附着物。在清洗段,上部设有9根转向辊,槽底设有7根沉没辊,转向辊、沉没辊均采用海帕龙橡胶辊,带钢运行要绕过这16根大型海帕龙橡胶辊,上部转向辊与槽底沉没辊中心距4695mm。在连退机组清洗段,如果来料带钢板形不好,以及辊子的磨损和辊子安装位置精度的变化,都会引起带钢跑偏,另外,带钢绕过沉没辊,清洗介质碱液的扰动,也将加剧带钢的跑偏。带钢在清洗段跑偏,常产生带钢擦刮槽体内壁、与2#张力辊机架钢结构相碰撞的严重后果,特别是板型不好(比如镰刀弯,浪形,厚差)和宽带钢生产时,跑偏问题更严重。对于板型不好的带钢和宽带钢生产,为了避免在清洗段的跑偏,常常被迫作降速运行处理。带钢在清洗段跑偏,严重影响了生产顺行和生产效率的提高。由于清洗段没有附加的纠偏装置,带钢在清洗段跑偏是一个常见而又难解决的问题。
