自动复位稳压电路制造技术

一种自动复位稳压电路，其工作原理为：接通电源电路的开关S2后，VCC通过电阻R8打开开关管Q6，同时Q6的集电极输出低电平关闭Q5，Q5的集电极浮空，Q2被电阻R3上拉关闭，二极管D3处于截止状态，不影响控制电路的工作电压VDD；断开开关S2后，VCC的电压值迅速降低到0.7V以下，此时开关管Q6关闭，同时Q6的集电极输出高电平打开Q5，Q5的集电极输出低电平打开Q2，二极管D3处于导通状态，迅速对VDD上的电容放电，使VDD电压成断崖式降低到0.7V以下，使得从VDD处取电的控制电路及时复位，等待下一次的上电工作。该自动复位稳压电路为电子设备的控制器提供稳定可靠的电源电路，保证电子设备工作的稳定性，应用方便。
