一种镀金用柠檬酸金钾的制备方法,从根本上解决现有制备方法所得产品均匀度差、在运输、保存过程中易偏板结块的问题,其技术要点是:制备过程为:向混合设备中加入粉末状氰化亚金钾、水、粉末状柠檬酸酸式钾盐,水与柠檬酸酸式钾盐的重量比为(0.01~0.12)∶1,混合均匀;混合物过10目筛;对过筛后的混合物进行烘干;烘干后的混合物过20目筛。水与柠檬酸酸式钾盐的重量比的最佳范围为(0.06~0.08)∶1。其所得产品均匀度好,在运输,保存过程中不偏析,不结块,而且制备过程中黄金损耗量小。
