本发明专利技术涉及发动机燃烧室沉积物积炭免开缸快速清除工艺。利用内置电动燃油泵的加剂汽油箱,油箱内灌注由燃油清净剂与普通车用汽油混合而成的加剂汽油;油箱出油软管末端接一快接接头,快接接头与被清洗发动机燃油总管的油压检测孔密封相连;启动被清洗发动机,再启动油箱内的电动燃油泵,原车汽油和加剂汽油同时供给发动机;当发动机在某特定工况稳定运转后,切断原车汽油供给,改由加剂汽油单独供油;逐渐加大节气门开度直至进入大负荷工况,在发动机燃烧做功的同时其燃烧室内的沉积物积炭被分解、经燃烧气化后随废气排出。在发动机不开缸条件下,快速清除其燃烧室内严重沉积物积碳直至恢复其原有工作性能,整个清除过程对发动机部件无任何损害。

Rapid cleaning process of diesel engine deposit in combustion chamber of engine

The invention relates to an open cylinder rapid cleaning process for deposition of combustion chambers in an engine. Adding the gasoline tank with a built-in electric fuel pump, gasoline additive tank and fuel detergent perfusion by using regular gasoline mixture; oil tank at the end of the hose is connected with a quick connector, quick connector is connected with the oil hole detection engine fuel duct cleaning the sealing; start the engine to be cleaned, and then start electric fuel pump inside the tank, the original car gasoline and gasoline additive and supplied to the engine; when the engine is in a particular condition of stable operation, cut off the original car gasoline supply by adding gasoline fuel alone; gradually increase the valve opening to enter the high load, while the work in the engine combustion chamber carbon deposition is decomposed by combustion after gasification with exhaust gas. Under the condition that the engine is not opened, the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber are quickly removed until the original work performance is resumed. The whole cleaning process does no harm to the engine components.

发动机燃烧室积炭免开缸快速清除工艺,其特征在于,    取适量药性温和、几乎不伤害发动机零部件的燃油清净剂,按被清洗发动机运转不熄火所允许的最大添加剂量注入至一加剂汽油箱内,然后再注入普通车用汽油,使其箱体内充满混合均匀的加剂汽油;所述加剂汽油箱的箱体内设有一电动燃油泵及其电源引出线;箱体的上表面分别设有电动燃油泵电源连接线、燃油清净剂和汽油的注油口、加剂汽油出油口、与出油口密封相连的出油软管;所述电动燃油泵的入口端和出口端分别与一燃油泵滤清器和一燃油滤清器相连接,燃油滤清器的出口与箱体的出油口相连;所述出油软管的末端连接一快接接头,该快接接头与被清洗发动机燃油总管的油压检测孔密封相连;    启动被清洗发动机,再启动加剂汽油箱内的电动燃油泵,原车汽油和加剂汽油同时供给发动机;置被清洗发动机所在车辆变速器于一档位,并制动该车行驶系,离合器结合,逐渐加大发动机油门开度至中等负荷工况;待其稳定运转后,切断原车汽油供给,改由加剂汽油单独供油,然后逐渐加大油门开度直至进入大负荷工况;被清洗发动机在燃烧做功的同时,其燃烧室内的沉积物积炭便被快速分解,经燃烧、气化后随废气排出缸外。
