The invention discloses an oil cylinder mounting structure of an ejector pin plate, which is applied to a die. The structure includes: an ejector pin plate, the ejector pin plate is laid horizontally; an oil cylinder is located near the left and right sides of the ejector pin plate; an oil cylinder groove is located on the side of the supporting plate of the die, and the supporting plate is located on one side of the ejector pin plate. The cylinder mounting structure of the ejector pin plate of the present invention enables the cylinder to be located on the left and right sides of the ejector pin plate, thereby directly connecting with the injection molding machine, avoiding the problem of using other parts to connect with the injection molding machine and the trouble of disassembling and assembling parts; at the same time, the oil cylinder is located on the left and right sides of the mould, avoiding corresponding parts on the sky and earth sides. The plate needs to be enlarged to adapt to the installation of the cylinder, so the invention saves materials and reduces the die space; the structure of the invention does not need a support column to prevent the ejector plate from deforming.

倒灌模是一种常见的塑胶模具,顶针板在顶出时需要通过油缸来辅助顶出。请结合参阅图1,图1绘示为现有技术的顶针板的油缸安装结构第一视角剖视示意图。如图1所示,该模具为左右开模,该模具包括依序设立的下固定板100、支撑柱101、承板102、顶针板103以及与所述下固定板100相对设立的上固定板104。油缸105设于所述顶针板103的一侧,由于该油缸105在模具的天地侧都有设立,因此相应地顶针板103需要加大,以使得模具具有存放所述油缸105的空间。请结合参阅图2,图2绘示为现有技术的顶针板的油缸安装结构第二视角剖视示意图。如图2所示,由于油缸105要从模具的侧边与注塑机(图未示)连接,对于该安装结构来说,设于天地侧的油缸105需要通过油管106连接到模具侧边的集油块107,再通过该集油块107连接到注塑机(图未示)。可见,采用上述顶针板的油缸安装结构,由于油缸105安装于模具的天地侧,需要通过油管106与集油块107连接到注塑机,部件较多且安装拆卸麻烦,且所述油管106及集油块107容易损坏,造成漏油等问题;又由于设于天地侧的油缸105需要空间,因此所述顶针板103、承板102,上固定板104及下固定板100皆需要加大,浪费材料且增大了模具的大小;顶针板103下方需要增加所述支撑柱101以防止变形。有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种顶针板的油缸安装结构,以解决上述问题。
