The invention provides the application of block copolymers for the construction of specific nanostructures in epoxy resins and the preparation of high toughness composite materials. The experimental results show that, compared with pure epoxy resin, the toughness of PDMS_PCL/EP composites prepared by the present method is significantly enhanced: when the content of PDMS1_PCL4 is 40 wt%, the fracture toughness of thermosetting materials with 10_60 nm worm-like nanostructure is about 255% higher than that of pure epoxy resin, while the fracture toughness of spherical nanostructure is only higher than that of pure epoxy resin at the same addition amount. It increased by 42%. Compared with PCL B PDMS B PCL / EP composites, the toughness of PDMS PCL / EP composites prepared by the present invention is obviously better than that of PCL B PDMS B PCL / EP composites with the same addition amount, and the increase range is up to 97%. This shows that the toughness of PDMS PCL/EP composite prepared by the invention in a specific proportion has significant advantages, and has achieved unexpected technical results.
