The detection method consists of the following steps: (1) isolating the sample and suspending the isolated cells in serum-free medium; (2) co-incubating the suspended cells with six peptides with amino acid sequences SEQ ID NO.1 to SEQ ID NO.6, and then adding highly specific mouse anti-human IgG into the co-incubated system. The antibody reacts with antigen and antibody; (3) Wash the system after reacting with antigen and antibody, then add the chromogenic substrate for chromogenic reaction, count the spots generated by the reaction. The reagent kit of the invention can be manually synthesized in full sequence, has the advantages of convenient and fast production, high stability and specificity, and is easy to operate and greatly reduces the cost.
