近些年来,真空冷冻干燥技术在我国有了长足的发展。由于冻干过程中速冻的物料无需经过冰的融化,直接从固态升华为水蒸气并散发使之脱水,因而最大限度的保持了物料原有的品质及形状,越来越多的被运用到企业及科研研发等领域。但是传统的真空冷冻干燥装置的冷阱入口跟冻干室出口直接相连,导致二者直接连通,二者之间的温度直接交换,使二者在工作时受到各自的影响很大;而且冷阱侧壁上方通过管路连有真空泵,使从冻干室出来的气流仅仅通过冷阱的上部分就进入管路,造成冷阱捕捉水分的能力降低;补集后的不凝气体直接进入真空泵,不凝气体中携带的少量液体会对真空泵造成伤害,影响其使用寿命。真空泵在选择时,都是按照最大的需求进行选择的,但物料在真空冷冻干燥中,随物料品种不同以及在干燥过程各阶段,对冻干室内的压力要求不同,所以要对真空泵抽气分压进行调节。速冻后的物料进入冻干室时难免会沾染病菌污染;干燥后的物料水分升华后,其组织结构成为海绵体,直接开盖取出容易被氧化而变色变性。
