The chip leveling reparator is installed with a fixed frame on the machine platform. A lift cylinder is installed on the top of the bar of the fixed frame, a negative pressure suction disc is installed on the piston rod of the lift cylinder, the suction pipe of the negative pressure suction disc is connected with the vacuum pump, the negative pressure of the chip is adsorbed on the negative pressure suction disc, and a liquid collector tray is installed above the center of the machine. The circulating pipe of the liquid collecting disc is connected with the drop head, and the circulating water pump is installed on the circulation tube. The middle of the liquid collecting disc is installed with a grinding disc. The grinding disc is located just below the negative pressure suction disc. The lower rotating shaft of the grinding disc is connected to the motor, and the motor is installed inside the machine. A single unqualified chip detected in the process of quality inspection is fixed with a negative pressure sucker, and a lift cylinder is pressed on the grinding disc and the grinding disc is rotated to finish the two grinding of the wafer so that the quality of the defective wafer can reach the requirement of production.
