在建材生产行业中，砖坯的烧成是影响能源消耗和产品质量的一道重要工序。在烧成过程中，温度的控制又是最为关键的技术，没有合理的烧成温度控制，产品优等品率和产量就会很低，能源消耗也会很高。因此，如何控制窑内温度，减少窑内温差成为陶瓷企业最为核心的问题之一。目前，传统的辊道窑一般都是采用侧入式烧嘴，亦即是烧嘴从窑体的两侧窑壁伸入窑内。由于两侧的烧嘴是对向燃烧，存在窑内温度不稳定、截面温差大、燃烧效率低、能耗大等问题。而且，传统辊道窑的烧嘴一般为单孔烧嘴，大量燃料呈气柱或液柱状喷射入窑内，气柱(或液柱)中间的燃料与助燃空气并没有充分混合，从而不能完全燃烧，燃烧效率低。因此，有必要研发一种可降低窑内温差、提高燃烧效率的辊道窑。
