D-色氨酸(D-tryptophan，D-Trp)是一种浅褐色的晶体，分子式是C11H12N2O2，分子量204.23g/mol，熔点是282-285℃。D-色氨酸的分子结构图如图1所示。铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonasaeruginosa，PA)是临床常见的多重耐药菌，除了顽强的耐药性，铜绿假单胞菌自身还能产生产生多种毒力因子，包括绿脓菌素、弹性蛋白酶、鼠李糖脂、凝集素等，对患者有明显的毒副作用。其中弹性蛋白酶主要由基因lasB编码合成，其毒性作用主要体现在降解免疫系统中的蛋白成分物质，包括补体C3、激肽原、抗菌肽、细胞因子、免疫球蛋白、表面活性蛋白、蛋白多糖、细菌鞭毛蛋白等，大大破坏机体的免疫机制；能损伤组织细胞，抑制纤维母细胞的生长，导致PA的感染患者慢性溃疡的产生；可通过降解调理素来抵抗表面活性蛋白-A介导的自噬作用。
