保温干混砂浆多功能添加剂制造技术

一种保温干混砂浆多功能添加剂，由羧甲基纤维素纳、聚乙烯醇粉末、脲醛树脂、聚氧化乙烯（ＰＥＯ）、膨润土、木质纤维素按比例称重混合而成，具有分散均匀、溶解快、粘性强、增稠保水效果好、性能稳定，并可与其它任何化学胶体及填料相配伍、用量小、成本低，且节能、环保，广泛应用于外墙外（内）保温砂浆、干混砂浆、聚苯颗粒胶浆、聚苯板抹灰保温材料、聚苯抹灰粉刷石膏等领域。由于该添加剂综合性能优良，在上述产品中不需加入其它聚合物胶粘剂及增稠保水剂的情况下，即可达到砂浆的粘结性、保水性、和易性、施工性，并可增强产品的防裂性等多重效果，且产品成本还可降低三分之一左右。
