盾构管片拼装机制造技术

一种盾构管片拼装机，是为了改善现有管片拼装机的真空吸盘装置仅能吸附表面平整管片所为设计，使其亦可适用于表面不平整的管片拼装施工，主要是于一真空吸盘顶部设置一球铰油缸，于底部设置可拆装的一组剪力销、一组支撑垫及一管片螺栓，当进表面较平整的管片拼装作业时，装上剪力销，藉由吸盘所产生的真空吸力抓取管片进行拼装；当管片表面因为不平整而不能适用于真空吸附方式抓取时，拆卸该剪力销，改以安装管片螺栓及二支撑垫，藉由该管片螺栓连结钢管片，启动球铰油压将管片螺栓及钢管片往上拉，至二支撑垫抵迫顶撑于管片的内弧面，即可以旋转拼装，藉此达到可适用多种类型管片的拼装，提高了盾构法施工中管片拼装的多样性。
