一种应用于梯度PCR的温度控制装置属于生物、医学领域。传统的方法是采用96孔或者48孔的单面反应槽,温度控制模块中将加热和制冷用同一个半导体实现,缺点是:用同一个半导体在很短的时间内实现加热、制冷,再加热,这种温度骤变很容易损坏半导体。整个装置从上至下依次为:上盖(Ⅰ)、加热片(Ⅱ)、反应槽(Ⅲ)、制冷片(Ⅳ)和下盖(Ⅴ)。所述的反应槽(Ⅲ)的形状为曲面,曲面凹处用来盛放反应试剂。本发明专利技术提供了一种应用于梯度PCR的温度控制装置,通过创新的曲面形状的反应槽的设计与独立实现加热、制冷的方法,反应体系的温度转换速率提高20%以上,半导体的使用寿命延长50%以上。
