The use of miR-124 in the repair of spinal cord injury. By constructing a high expression / silence model of miR-124, the invention studies the function of miR-124 in the repair of spinal cord injury, and the mechanism of its regulation of calpain 1 participating in the repair of spinal cord injury. For the first time, the influence and mechanism of miR-124 on the repair of spinal cord injury are disclosed from the molecular, cellular and overall level, providing new ideas and targets for the treatment of spinal cord injury. The invention first proves that calpain 1 is the target gene of Mir \u2011 124. Through a large number of experiments, the invention shows that calpain 1 and Mir \u2011 124 play an important regulatory role in the repair process of spinal cord injury. As a diagnostic marker to judge the degree of spinal cord injury, miRNA \u2011 124 can promote the repair of spinal cord injury and can be used as a preparation of drugs for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
