目前,集流片和银网焊接,是在基片正反面均与一张银网焊接,再压制一层银粉覆盖银网。生产工序为:基片其中一面与银网焊接,然后该面压制银粉覆盖银网,再到另一面焊接银网并压制银粉。现行生产方式为人工点焊,生产效率低下,且市面上的电阻焊机采用气缸驱动电极运动,由于气缸驱动电极触碰工件焊点生硬、冲击大,会导致银粉层碎裂掉落;此外采用气缸驱动电极还存在速度与压力不可自动、准确调节等问题。
技术实现思路
