The invention relates to an improved cylinder body, which comprises a cylinder body and a return tubing. The cylinder body is provided with an inlet tube and an outlet tube extending the top cover of the cylinder body. The refrigerant for the inlet tube flows into the cylinder body from outside to inside, and the refrigerant for the outlet tube flows out of the cylinder body from inside to outside. The outlet end of the inlet tube and the inlet end of the outlet tube are located on the upper part of the cylinder body; and the bottom cover of the cylinder body is provided with a return oil. The oil return pipe is arranged outside the cylinder body, its inlet end is connected with the oil return port, and its outlet end is connected with the suction port of the compressor; the cylinder body is provided with or without a vertical pipe; the lower end of the vertical pipe is connected with the oil return port, the upper end is open, and the lower part of the oil return pipe is provided with a first oil outlet; and the oil return pipe is provided with an oil return solenoid valve capable of controlling its opening and breaking. The invention can conveniently and flexibly control the oil return amount and fully meet the oil return demand of the unit under different operation conditions.
