直燃农林废弃物发电时，为了提高燃烧物料热值，需要对堆垛物料进行干燥，降低物料内的水分，从而提高物料的燃烧热值，提高发电效率。现有多采用风干、晾晒然后倒料的方式进行，效率低，能耗高。为了对物料进行干化，利用料垛内微生物活动产热对物料进行干燥是一个很好的方法。因此，我方专利技术了一种干燥装置，将一个风管架买入料垛内，通过风管将料垛内由微生物产热蒸出的水分抽出，物料达到水分要求后将风管架提起抽出风管。正常情况下，生物质电厂的料棚内都安装有行吊，用于抓取料作业，因此我方专利技术的干燥装置可以直接利用电厂的行吊进行布料和风管架的移动操作。但是，在没有行吊的作业区域需要对干燥装置进行上下料以及风管架移动时就需要其他的设备来完成。目前市场上还没有类似的专用设备。
