The crystal was dissolved in the mixture of methanol and water, added with seed and crystallized, and 1/2 of the compound of cefoperazone sodium was obtained. The operation is simple, the reactants are readily available, the reaction conditions are mild and the yield is high. The 1/2 water cefoperazone sodium compound of the invention has good particle size distribution, good fluidity, low impurity content and good stability, and has a wider application prospect.
