The present invention provides a serological differential diagnosis kit for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. The PRRSV serological identification Kit established by the invention mainly aims at the PRRSV type to have the classical American type PRRSV, the European type PRRSV and the highly pathogenic PRRSV to carry on the serological differential diagnosis. First ELISA plate coated antigen is PRRSV European and American type common epitope optimization of expression protein after second ELISA in the series; antigen is European type PRRSV unique epitopes of protein expression after optimization; third ELISA plate coated antigen is PRRSV America type idiotype antigen after optimizing the expression of epitope protein; fourth ELISA antigen is expressed in nucleotide deletion of Nsp2 gene sequences of highly pathogenic PRRSV protein. After the above test, the type of PRRSV infection and the level of antibody in pig serum can be determined. The method is simple and rapid and can be used effectively for clinical serological diagnosis of different types of PRRSV.
