技术介绍
用浮法技术生产的玻璃，其边部因有工艺性缺陷须切除，为了提高效率，采用在线掰边。现有的玻璃冷端生产技术，对于2～10mm厚的薄玻璃在线切割和掰边技术是成熟的，而大于10mm的厚玻璃在线掰边的技术一直没有完全解决。目前对厚玻璃的掰边通常采用单轮单气缸组成的掰边装置，单轮由单气缸驱动，利用气缸推动单轮与玻璃边撞击，通过撞击的力量使其玻璃边切除；单轮压其玻璃成型板的两边是单点受力，会使其厚玻璃的边角受力不均，因而造成边角撕裂，厚玻璃板的掰边技术一直不能满足生产要求。为了满足用户对玻璃产品的质量要求，目前采用人工手段对其厚玻璃的残边进行处理，操作工人用人工将玻璃板由生产线上取下，用夹子或其它手工方法将厚玻璃边掰断，其工作量大，劳动强度高，生产效率低；为了解决自动化的问题，也有采用多台单轮单气缸组装的方式实现厚玻璃的掰边目的的，此方法虽然解决单点造成的玻璃受力不均，易撕裂的问题，但其机架的体积要大很多，不但占地面积大，且生产成本高。
