本发明专利技术公开了一种无结垢并回收阴阳离子的电去离子净水装置及方法。该电去离子装置由五个隔室组成,隔室的顺序依次分别为内置阳极的阳极室、填充阳离子交换树脂的第一淡室、浓室、填充阴离子交换树脂的第二淡室和内置阴极的阴极室,第一淡室两侧用两张阳离子交换膜分别与阳极室和浓室隔开,第二淡室两侧用两张阴离子交换膜分别与浓室和阴极室隔开。在阴、阳极之间加上电压,阳极水、阴极水和浓水分别循环使用并定期部分更新,原水先后流经第一淡室和第二淡室产生纯水。膜堆的构造使得浓室始终保持酸性环境,抑制了阴膜表面的结垢;极水来自纯水分流,阴极表面的结垢也得到避免;原水中的阴、阳离子富集于浓水,可回收利用。
