本发明专利技术提供一种图像分析齿轮碰撞/损伤形变过程的方法,包括如下步骤:在被测机械齿轮的齿根部设有应变片;在齿轮的齿部上设有对射孔洞,对射孔洞的正前方与正后方可接收信号的位置设有激光对射管;在被测机械齿轮动态工作情况下,同步采集所述应变片受碰撞后的形变信号和激光对射管的激光信号,由处理器通过所述形变信号和激光信号的实时监测和同步触发控制,控制高速摄像机进行实时摄像;再根据高速摄像机摄取的图像,分析齿轮碰撞/损伤形变的情况。本发明专利技术通过同步采集的外部触发系统控制高速摄像机,能够适时地记录机械齿轮工作形变的动态过程,通过对动态记录中每帧图片进行直观的观察分析,可以清楚、直观地得到齿轮碰撞/损伤形变过程的情况,可信度更高。本发明专利技术还提供实现所述方法的系统,具有结构简单、成本低,并且操作可控等优点。
