带有定位垫圈的可变喷嘴环制造技术

带有定位垫圈的可变喷嘴环，由驱动环、支撑轮、支撑轮轴、叶片座、定距套、喷嘴环叶片、从动摇臂及定位垫圈组成。喷嘴环叶片由叶片、叶片轴和圆凸台通过浇铸而成，叶片通过圆凸台与叶片轴的一端连接，圆凸台的内端面高出叶片的内端面，叶片轴的另一端用来安装从动摇臂。叶片座上设有三个用来安装定距套的台阶孔、复数个用来安装喷嘴环叶片的轴孔及三个用来安装支撑轮轴的支撑轮轴安装孔。安装时，定距套分别安装在叶片座上的台阶孔内，喷嘴环叶片上叶片轴分别穿过叶片座上的轴孔后套上定位垫圈，再与从动摇臂焊接在一起，焊接后保证从动摇臂与定位垫圈之间的间隙小于叶片外端面与涡轮箱之间的间隙。驱动环通过支撑轮和支撑轮轴安装在叶片座上。（*该技术在2023年保护过期，可自由使用*）
