新型自动炒锅配套锅盖，属于家电厨具自动化领域。所述锅盖实现了自动翻炒，且实现了铲刀的自转、公转同时进行，解决了目前市场上仅有的几种自动炒锅不是价格昂贵就是操作复杂繁琐，且很难实现对材料的均匀加热，从而出现焦糊或者未熟等问题。所述的新型自动炒锅配套锅盖，其特征在于：电动机通过联轴器带动底板，使得铲刀有绕主轴的公转运动；由于主轴上的锥齿轮不转动，与之啮合的锥齿轮会沿其外轮廓做回转运动，再经由两级齿轮传动，最终实现铲刀的自转运动。本产品完全实现了菜料的全方位翻炒，使其受热均匀，能烹饪出更加美味的菜肴，具有安全方便，使用寿命长等特点，可向今后自动炒菜锅和厨房一体化做进一步推广。（*该技术在2022年保护过期，可自由使用*）
