An optimization method of micro nanotechnology in the field of carbon nanotubes and copper composite plating process, by way of acidic copper copper sulfate mixed with carbon nanotubes as the plating solution, adding polyacrylic acid as dispersant in the electroplating bath, plating in ultrasonic environment. The invention makes the carbon nanotube firmly and the metal copper combine, and is evenly distributed on the composite coating, and improves the quality of the composite coating from the quantity and the evenness of the carbon nanotube.
