两端锥形的抽油杆抗磨接箍,应用于油田采油井,连接抽油杆。主要由圆柱体形的本体组成,本体有中心孔,中心孔内有与抽油杆连接的内螺纹,在本体的外壁中部有两个对称的搭扳手的平面,本体的外壁两端分别有圆锥体,圆锥体的斜度为1~5°,圆锥体的长度为5~20mm;在圆锥体外端分别有半径为1~3mm的圆弧面。效果是:能连接抽油杆,下入油管内后随抽油杆往复运动,降低接箍外壁与油管内壁之间的摩擦阻力;降低接箍对油管内壁的刮削磨损;既能保护抽油杆接箍,又能保护油管内壁,减缓管杆之间的磨损,延长管杆的使用寿命,延长检泵周期。(*该技术在2021年保护过期,可自由使用*)
