The invention relates to a molding process of a carbon fiber composite material false foot, which comprises prepreg, cutting, laying, thermoforming, polishing and sand blasting. The prepreg comprises unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, 3K carbon fiber bundle, woven fabric prepreg, resin film, and then cut the prepreg to the desired shape. Link layer is particularly important, the prepreg by layers attached to the mold forming preform, intermediate layer is disposed on the layer in the process of unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg according to different layers and alternating direction on the middle layer is symmetrical, with an electric iron to resin film uniform infiltration in the preform. In the hot forming process, the parts of the flat plate are molded by compression molding, and the larger radian parts are molded by bag pressure. After demoulding, the molded feet are polished and sand blasted.
