P档解锁拉索制造技术

The invention discloses a P-gear unlocking cable, which comprises a shell, a unlocking block connected with a wire rope control end joint, and a positioning component installed on the unlocking block; the positioning end of the unlocking block is installed in the shell, and its operating end penetrates through the shell; the shell wall is provided with a staying cable hole and a unlocking hole; and the inner wall of the shell is provided with a definite unlocking block cooperated with the positioning component when switching. The two ends of the axially sliding straight groove are respectively connected with the anchor hole and the unlock hole; the advantages are that when the positioning component on the unlock block is connected with the anchor hole, the anchor cable can be locked, and when the movable speed-changing end is matched, the wire rope can not be displaced under the normal driving condition of the vehicle, so as to avoid the weakening of the tensile strength of the wire rope; and the positioning component and the unlock block can be unlocked. When the keyhole is socketed, unlock the P gear accurately to unlock the P gear; when switching, the axial straight groove cooperates with the positioning component to limit the axial sliding of the unlocking block, which makes the unlocking operation and reset operation simple and easy.
