The present invention relates to a method for determining vibrating density by using small dose activated carbon. Its technical characteristics are that 1.20 1.80g activated carbon is ground to 0.050 0.074mm, after drying and cooling to room temperature, 0.90 1.20g sample is moved into a measuring cylinder with a specification of 2ml, a gradient of 0.02ml and a mass of M1 (accurate to 0.001g); the measuring cylinder is weighed (m2, accurate to 0.001g), the top of which is sealed, and the frequency of the loading cylinder is 10 cm, 120 2409;times along the vertical direction. Rate vibration, when the sample volume in the equivalent cylinder does not change within 1 minute, the sample volume V is read and estimated to be 0.001 mL. Finally, the vibration density is calculated by using (m2 m1)/V. The invention makes it possible to accurately determine the vibrating density by using a small dose of activated carbon, and the determination result is not affected by the change of the particle size of activated carbon.
