A pressing plate is arranged on the upper part of the fixing rod to form a limit against the opening end face of the U-shaped body of the chute; a circular passage is formed between the lower part of the fixing rod and the inner wall of the through hole, and the top of the cone body is located below the through hole. The utility model realizes the uniform diffusion of slag powder by cooperating the chute with the conical diffuser.
