Numerical control progressive forming (NC) is a new type of non mode forming technology. It is produced by the rapid, low cost, flexible and other technical trends required by the modern manufacturing industry. It is used to meet the needs of trial production of small batch, multi variety and sample, so as to realize rapid, low cost and flexible forming of sheet metal parts. The utility model relates to a progressive forming lifting platform for fast loading of splint material. The key point is that the plate material needs not to be fixed by the traditional screw, and the time of loading and disassembling the plate is reduced greatly, and the fixed of the blank depends mainly on the pressure produced by the oil press, and a number of oil pressure devices are evenly installed on the lifting platform. In the process of loading, the pressure value is set first. The controller drives the hydraulic pump to supply oil for each oil pressure device, and makes the sheet metal uniformly pressed and fixed. After the parts are finished, the controller sends out the final break signal, so the hydraulic pump stops supplying oil and loosens each oil pressure device to realize the rapid disassembly of the parts. The lifting platform has the advantages of high loading and unloading efficiency, simple structure and wide application scope.
