洗衣机制造技术

一种洗衣机，其能在包括能以与垂直方向交叉的方式转动的洗涤桶的结构中，实现洗涤性能的提高。洗衣机(1)包括：洗涤桶(3)，具有能绕轴线(J)旋转的内桶(11)；搅拌构件(45)，能进行旋转以便搅拌内桶(11)内的洗涤物(Q)；电机(46)，使内桶(11)以及搅拌构件(45)旋转；转动机构；以及微型计算机(48)。转动机构通过使洗涤桶(3)以轴线(J)与上下方向(Z)交叉的方式转动，从而改变洗涤桶(3)的转动角度(θ)。微型计算机(48)通过控制电机(46)以及转动机构，从而执行以多个转动角度(θ)使搅拌构件(45)反转或使内桶(11)旋转的洗涤运转。

Washing machine

A washing machine capable of improving washing performance in a structure comprising a washing barrel capable of rotating in a vertical direction. The washing machine (1) comprises a washing bucket (3) with an inner barrel (11) capable of rotating around an axis (J); a stirring member (45) can be rotated to stir the washing substance (Q) in the inner barrel (11); the motor (46), the inner barrel (11) and the stirring member (45) rotation; the rotating mechanism; and the micro computer (48). The rotating mechanism changes the rotation angle (theta) of the washing bucket (3) by rotating the washing barrel (3) in the manner of crossing the axis (J) with the upper and lower directions (Z). A microcomputer (48) performs a washing operation that reverses the stirring member (45) or rotates the inner barrel (11) by controlling the motor (46) and the rotating mechanism.
